We are looking "Quality Operations Engineer" for our dynamic team at our Manisa Plant.

Accountabilities

• Ensure the implementation of the Plant Food Safety policy, establish the food safety system and ensure it operates properly
• Evaluate the conformity of the products to the specification, to analyze the reasons together with the technology team in case they do not comply with the quality criteria and to follow the necessary improvement actions
• To follow the process activities for the premium product quality with the perspective of product leadership
• Follow food safety and product quality processes together with quality technicians, to provide necessary guidance
• Measuring the performance of the food safety system and reporting to the management
• Evaluate the internal and external audits related to the food safety system and take the relevant corrective and preventive action if necessary
• Ensure the continuity and functionality of the HACCP system,
• Conducting hazard analysis and identifying the monitoring, control, corrective action and verification methods
• To keep food safety procedures up to date and train the teams
• Ensure the cleaning and sanitation of utilities, production lines and equipment according to the cleaning and sanitation plans, ensuring the implementation of GMP requirements,
• Creating and operating the microbiology plan and managing the necessary improvement studies
• Work actively in Food Safety development projects, determine the required resources
• Comply with the rules determined according to the "Food Safety management system and Food Legislation on Food Safety".
• Ensuring the operational compliance of quality management system according to legal requirements
• Following the complaint and non-conformity trends, performing root cause analysis and deep dive investigation in collaboration with factories, global and local cross-functional teams
• Follow up quality KPIs and report on regular basis to drive quality performance with a continuous improvement mindset

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering,
• Preferably minimum 5 years experience in food manufacturing sector
• High knowledge of Global and Local Food Safety Legislation, Quality Management Systems and inspections,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Ability to coordinate and organize design projects and personnel
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and employ effective time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team management experience
• Knowledge on BRC GC, AIB food safety management system
• Understanding of food manufacturing including Food GMPs, SOPs, HACCP/Food Safety, auditing and inspections,
• Team player with strong communication skills,
• Knowledge on SAP system
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Military obligation completed for male candidates
