La Lorraine Bakery Group NV is a 100% Belgian family holding which is actively operating in Consumer Goods Sector. Today, La Lorraine Bakery Group is operational across Europe including Turkey with 13 production plants and more than 3500 employees. We are producing i.e frozen artisanal bread, baugette, viennoiserie at our Manisa Plant in Turkey and have sales operation across Turkey.
We are currently looking for an "Sales Inspector " for our dynamic team which has located at İstanbul.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sustain and grow the business in respective Distributor’s territory and lead the distributor and it’s team in a proper and efficient way,
• Define the needs of the region and take necessary steps in order to achieve the sales targets,
• Track and guide distributors to achieve volume / value / penetration targets as per the budget,
• Improve route plans of distributors’ sales teams and minimize inefficiencies to reach optimized structure,
• Coach, train, develop and lead the distributor’s sales team
• Work on distributor sales force targets and allocate targets amongst sales team and respective area, and ensure that operation flows as planned,
• Find and retain new customers, make the agreements which supports to achieve our annual budget,
• Build, develop and maintain customer relationships with existing and newly developed/to be developed key accounts & food service customers,
• Maintain activity / promotion plan in his/her channel / customers in line with budget,
• Follow up competition and market trends
QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree from related departments
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales in retail or food service (HORECA) markets, preferably experienced in working with distribution system,
• Effective team management, delegation and communication skills,
• Sales focused and customer-result oriented,
• Strong at multi-tasking and analytical skills,
• Fluent level of English both in written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Position will be based in İstanbul
• Driver license is a must
