Lances Link is the Turkish subsidiary of De Sangosse SAS Group France. The company is active in crop protection and plant nutrition products' registration, importation, sales and marketing for the Turkish wholesaler and farmers.

The seeked candidate will have a fluency in english and turkish with good communication and self expression skills for order processing, importing, customer communication for the said products. At least a 3 years experince in similar type of position is required with good knowledge and practise of Microsoft office programs. Especially excel.

İŞ TANIMI

ROLE SUMMARY
- Supports sales activities
- Performs sales and purchase order processing for the following products:
Adjuvants, Molluscicides, Plant Protection Products, Fertilizers etc.
- Provide an interface between suppliers outside Turkey as well as De Sangosse Headquarters in France and distributors in      Turkey.
- Initiate and effectuate the importation process of product.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS
- Direct report: reports directly to Managing Director
- Internal relationships: With all Lances Link team and with the De Sangosse headquarters in France (sales, purchasing, logistics and accounting department)
- External relationships: Proactively works with customers (distributors) and suppliers (administrative and sales department, logistics service provider, accounting service provider)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
   Purchases & Sales
- Maintains product technical datasheet update for import permission and follows-up the purchasing terms
- Follows-up the Turkish customs rules and regulations
- Enters the sales database
- Edits client list in order to calculate the generated sales revenue by each client
- Reviews the import permission and shipping documents on a timely basis, obtains the import permissions, follows-up closely the safe customs clearance and safe delivery of the products to our customers.
- Issues invoices for sales and shipment delivery reports
- Follows-up the payment due dates by the customers
