QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
- 2-5 years of experience in financial planning and reporting, financial decision support or financial analysis roles,
- High proficiency with excel and hands-on experience,
- Good command of English,
- Audit experience is an asset,
- Strong analytical skills with a very careful attention to detail,
- High degree of problem solving skills and the ability to make reliable, objective judgments and proposals,
- Proactive and results-oriented, work to achieve tangible results,
- Having strong communication skills and team oriented,
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment,
- Male candidates should have completed military service.
- Working on improvement of financial decision support processes of the company and making sure that the decisions of a certain scale are taken with the help of this process.
- Providing financial support to the business units and management team in decision making process with operational and investment decisions.
- Preparing profitability analysis/financial feasibility analyses and following up the end results
- Collaborate with business units and other departments to implement best practices.
- Improving tools and systems in order to increase efficiency and accuracy on financial analyses.
- Preparing tools and reports for the purpose of following financial performance and detecting improvement areas.
