International Tax Specialist

General Qualifications:

·        University degree in Business Administration, Economy or Finance

·        Fluent English (written & verbal)

·        Professional Expertise Minimum 4 year Maximum 6 year of experience as Tax Auditor/Advisor in Accounting/Audit/Consultancy firms (retail experience is an asset)

·        Strong accounting background with accrual accounting mentality

·        Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs

·        Effective Reporting skills

·        Analytical thinking with high sense of responsibility

·        Good command on details and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines

·        Result oriented and have a positive attitude with excellent communication skills

·        Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment.

Job Description:

·        Conducting tax and accounting reviews on financial statements of LC Waikiki entities located abroad.

·        Following the tax audit processes conducted by tax authorities.

·        Monitoring the declaration of financial reports and statements on timing, accuracy and compliance basis.

·        Managing the 3rd party tax review and consultancy services in countries.

·        Collecting monthly tax reporting data from countries.

·        Generating periodic tax reports for upper-management.

·        Preparing yearly inventory counting results data from the tax point of view.

·        Following the donation process in countries and providing tax related opinion.

·        Providing opinion on tax related issues requested by both HQ and country business units.

·        Supporting group transfer pricing documentation process including local files and CbCR notifications.

·        Strictly following the key findings data resulting from tax reviews, managing the finding closing process.

·        Following up tax laws, regulations and updates, keeping relevant units informed about the changes and impacts.
