The Role: Logistics Operations Manager

Location: Aksaray

Required Qualifications:

Education & Language Skills

. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management or similar

. Fluent English (written & verbal)

Professional Expertise

· At least 5 years of experience in lojistics warehouse, and at least 3 years of specialized experience in managing logistics operations

· Advanced coordination, planning and management skills

· Minimum 5 years of experience in team management,

· Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs,

· Understanding of warehouse management software,

· The ability to solve problems, organize and plan,

· Ability to multi-task, work independently and employ effective time management skills

Professional Expertise

· To improve the process it carries out,

· To prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly reports with the company's senior management.

· To determine priorities and makes a business plan with the team in order to achieve the goals in line with the strategic goals of the company.

· To revise plans according to the needs.

· To coordinate necessary works with the relevant and relevant stakeholder units according to the performance reports.

· To hold daily weekly meetings with field workers and monitoring developments instantly

· To plan needs such as human resources, equipment, devices and space on the basis of efficiency

· To improve processes with PDCA / Kaizen approaches in order to reduce waste, errors and costs and to increase speed and quality.

· To carry out in accordance with company values and procedures in LCWaikiki Domestic Logistics Center activities.
