GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• University graduate from Finance, Economy, Tax disciplines,
• Holder of a CPA certificate (Certified Public Accountant) or (ongoing CPA internship )
• At least 3 years experience gained in the area of the graduated university’s major course (preferably at independent financial audit firms),
• Strong knowledge and skills in terms of the tax legislation, unified chart of accounts and generally accepted accounting principles,
• Preferably previous IFRS reporting experience,
• Preferably previous experience with MS AX, MS Navision, 1C and SAP software systems,
• Good follower of newly introduced laws and regulations as well as their mosr recent updates,
• Fluency in English,
• Strong MS Office knowledge (especially Excel tools),
• Strong analysis and reporting tools skills,
• No restrictions to travel domestically and internationally,
• Strong follow-up quality, problem solving and analytical mind,
• Able to cope with stress and teamwork oriented,
• Actively driving a car,
• Completed military service or exempted,

Job Description:

• Conducting audits of financial transactions and accounting entries in the light of mandatory report filings in accordance with country laws and regulations as well as other applicable laws and IFRS in terms of domestic and international group companies currently in operation,
• Conducting investigations and inquiries initiated from top to down involving other legal process areas which are beyond the financial legislation,
• Assessing the effectiveness of internal controls in the area of the audited processes,
• Conducting analyses with regard to risk assessments upon which deficiencies and risks are unveiled using impact and likelyhood approach as well as issuing a risk report on the agreed action plans to be shared with related Departments,
• Sharing the prepared reports with the responsible process owners and carrying out periodical followups in respect of the agreed action plans until their closure,
• Tracking legislation changes and updates concerning the business activities of the Company and circulate such correspondences with respective Departments as well as subsequent follow-ups of the actions required to be taken by them.
