Assistant Of Business Development Director

Our international company is seeking for an Assistant who will support the Director / Partner in the performance of his/her everyday duties.

The Assistant of the Business Development Director/Partner will often carry out his/her duties while the Director/Partner is on a business trip abroad.

Candidates with a capacity for quick and efficient processing of the tasks entrusted to them by the Manager would be better able to carry out the above tasks successfully and therefore fulfill their career plan with our international company which is being expanded with its various departments in Africa since 2015.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience is required for this position.

Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Minimum 5 years of experience,

·         Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must,

·         Able to travel abroad, especially in Africa region,

·         Ability to analyze the process quickly,

·         Ability to take action and initiative,

·         Self-disciplined, result-oriented team player, with planning and organizational skills,

·         Ability to prepare reports on the progress of ongoing projects.
