• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related fields or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of warehouse and distribution management systems
• 3-5 years experience in contract logistics, business development or other procurement function in retail, 3PL or FMCG companies

• Fluent English (written & verbal) / Russian is plus
• Knowledge of logistics contracts is plus
• Good team player, Result oriented with positive attitude
• Experience with rate and contract negotiating with both international and domestic Logistics Service Providers both for Warehousing and Distribution
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to adapt to company specific system
• Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of tasks
• Able to travel (both local&international)

İŞ TANIMI

• Handling 3PL benchmark studies, market research in given country
• Ensuring that logistics procurement projects are in line with company policy and quality standards
• Preparing and conducting contract and price negotiations with suppliers for small to large volumes to contribute to the profitability of the company
• Maintain regular contacts with interface partners to recognize developments (in market, demand, etc.) and exert influence accordingly
• Analyze demand, markets and suppliers to create a basis for deciding on the optimum logistics procurement strategy
• Follow company rules for risk and contract management to avoid risk and warrant costs
• Analyzing scope of supply and customer contract agreements, carrying out risk analyses and introducing negotiation recommendations to prepare for negotiations with suppliers (back-to-back where appropriate) and to initiate appropriate measures
• Analyzing and controlling of contractual agreements to prepare renegotiations/subsequent negotiations, initiate appropriate measures and guarantee supplies
• Undertake supplier management to gain the best suppliers and guarantee an optimum logistics service.
