“We are looking for a “Export Operation Senior Specialist” to join our dynamic and agile Sales Team in, Asia Side, İstanbul

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from preferably in Foreign Trade/ International Trade / Business Administration, Economics or equivalent from a reputable university
• At least 2 years of experience in export/import operations, letter of credit handling in particular
• Have knowledge of logistics operations
• Detail-oriented
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Positive working attitude with a sense of urgency and result oriented
• Good communication and good in interpersonal relations
• Able to be a team player and be able to work with a variety of personalities and can adapt in a rapidly changing environment
• Dynamic professional with  superior communication skills and the ability to follow-up,
• Analysis and reporting experience
• Advanced levels of MS Office programs
• Advanced levels of English

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring export activities are compliant with the national and international regulations
• Responsible for operational processing of Letter of Credits
• Guarantee and monitoring smooth export operations procedures
• Responsible of documentation and cost controlling of export operations
• Ensuring all necessary documentation is ready for export activities
• Following-up the transportation of the vehicles from plant to destination
• Able to communicate directly with clients on transportation status
• Providing information for our customer about the shipping and the documentation
• Maintain the general filing system (hard & soft) for export operations
