QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related discipline, 

• Minimum 4 years’ work experience in an HR generalist role, 

 • Solid understanding of HR fundamentals – recruitment, learning and development, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee and industrial relations, 

• High energy with strong desire to achieve and proven capabilities of multi-tasking and working under pressure and deadlines, 

• Good coaching and facilitation skills, 

• Strong abilities to build relationships, 

• Open- and cross-culturally minded, 

• Preferably experienced in change management, project management and/ or coaching 

• Excellent written and verbal communication of English 

 JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Be the first point of contact for related functions and employees regarding all processes, systems and practices carried out in Human Resources area, Identify business units’ needs precisely and convey them to HR business units upon analysis, 
• Provide communication and implementation supporting needs assessment and add solutions into practice stages for establishing strong relationships with business units, 
• Monitor all personnel movements ( transfer, promotion, rotation, job termination, etc.) and communicate them with related parties, to monitor whether required transactions are processes on HR systems, 
• Work closely and timely / prompt follow up with line managers / Management and work closely with L&D team to identify training needs of the employees, 
• Promote new ways of working to maximize opportunities, support change, build the right culture and manage risks, constructively challenging decisions to be in the best interests of the organization
