Implementation Senior Engineer

Leading company

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Telecommunications/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Telecommunication
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Experienced in service design & service delivery & provisioning for telecommunication
• Good knowledge of IP routing and switched network, data infrastructure, transmission networks
• Strong knowledge of Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, Nokia products for IP & Transmission domain
• Ability to work international business units
• Great problem-solving ability

Job Description

• Responsible for end to end global customer telecommunication service implementations and deliveries in accordance to SLAs
• Plan and manage technical teams to allocate resources, distribute tasks within the team, control the results
• Build good relationship with customers and other service providers.
• Participate customer meetings and be the single point of contact during implementation until service handover
• Manage effectively problems related to the deliveries and escalate to internal & external contacts when needed
• Ensure accurate reporting and technical documentation management in project processes and is responsible for the successful handover of services and products to after sales teams
• Able to solve incidents out of business hours on call basis
• Perform test activities, config checks related to hardware and service installation, configuration and interconnectivity
• Work with national/international technical departments and project managers
