International Sales Planning Specialist

Leading company

• Manages all sales operations with the company standards,
• Including new store openings; manages replenisment demands, product performance, stock management, make order and shipping plans.  
• Takes necessary actions to realize monthly shipments, according to the determined monthly export invoicing budgets. 
• Responsible for all processes about product order period, follow up and produce solutions to the problems. 
• During sales conference, to take the orders from international partners and allocate the orders in the system inline with production department.
  
• Prepare and present performance reports on sales and products for all countries.
• Share orders and report weekly and monthly with the manager.  
  

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor degree in related area  
• Minimum 3 years experience in International Retail Sales Department
• Advanced English, both writing and speaking  
• Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel is must  
• Familiar with data analysis and reporting  
• Nebim V3 knowledge is a plus 
• Passionate, solution oriented, open minded  
• Dynamic, self motivated and teamwork oriented  
• Strong follow-up on multi tasks and analytical skills  
• No restrictions for travelling
