Jr. Customer Support Coordinator

Our company  is the global partnership of two powerful players within its industry. We are looking for a Jr. Customer Support Coordinator with1 year contractfor our Sales, Customer Support and Contracts Management Department.

• University degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering,
• Previous experience in customer support or sales role,
• Good command of English both written and spoken,
• Open to improvement, challenge for results,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP,
• Action oriented, analytical, attention to detail, communicate effectively, customer oriented, negotiation skills, intercultural sensitivity, market and technical oriented,
• No military obligations for male candidates. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing engine shop visit according to customer requirements and maintenance service agreement,
• Assisting customer during the engine shop visit to get an cost effective, on time and with good quality product,
• Providing customer responses and direction on how to proceed the engine shop visit to the shop floor on internal findings,
• Ensuring engine shop visit is being performed in accordance with customer requirements,
• Controlling and reviewing invoices with the invoicing team,
• Support collecting and avoiding overdue payments,
• Taking active role in small job sales and part sales.
