Maintenance Manager

Leading company

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering,
• Minimum 8 years of Maintenance experience and at least 3 years managerial experience in automotive or facility infrastructure,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Knowledge of applicable IATF 16949, ISO 14001 standards and knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations,
• Knowledge of press, CNC and robots are preferenced
• No obstacle for travelling,
• No military obligations for male candidates,
• Located in the Asian side of Istanbul; especially near to Gebze is preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ability to be responsible managing facility maintenance management in automotive industry,
• To manage teams of maintenance in a 7/24 facility,
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as procedure manuals and equipment manuals,
• Apply technical skills and ingenuity to the correction of equipment problems causing excessive production downtime and maintenance work as necessary,
• Develop a plan and timeline to eliminate emergency repair work, and maximize planned and project work ensuring the preventative maintenance plan is delivered as scheduled,
• Develop of planned maintenance schedules,
  
• Develop, implement and monitor strategies for continuous improvement in equipment reliability and effectiveness,
• Research and implement best practices for facility maintenance and repairs,
• Demonstrate leadership in the area of health & safety,
• Ensures all maintenance activities on site exceed the appropriate health and safety standards,
• Conducting all organizational and administrative duties and to provide regular reports on status of maintenance and repairs,
• Coordinate and administer vendor contracts and external service providers,
• Continuous Improvement, and effectively manage to maintenance management system
• Ensure compliance with all regulations in maintenance and repairs.
