Qualifications:

• University Bachelor’s Engineering Degree preferably in Petroleum, Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven strong leadership skills, ability to lead a diverse technical team.
• Fluent English and Turkish language skills, both written and spoken. 
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas operations is preferred.
• Strong motivation to learn and grow in a challenging business environment.
• A good team player with outstanding communication skills, ability to communication effectively upward and downward in the organization.
• Community minded individual with ability to promote the company with local officials.
• Very strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work with strict deadlines with good time management skills.
• Willing to locate to Tekirdag and regularly visit the field operations.

Job Description:

• Manage the field operations in northwest Turkey.
• Provide strong leadership to motivate and drive strong performance of area employees.
• Develop field budgets and work plans to maximize value of the company.  
• Insure the companies Health, Safety and Environmental standards are implemented in the operation,
• Drive innovative solutions to operating issues, ensure accurate measurement and optimize operations.
• Work with Ankara and corporate office to implement improvement and growth projects.
• Represent our company in the local community and maintain good relations with community stakeholders.
• Maintain and good working relationship with the company’s gas customers.
