About us:

We, one of the leading clinical experience/health care providing firm with a dynamic, young and multi language speaking team, are looking for an International Patient Services Responsible who will be in charge of after-sale support to maximize excellence in the patient experience , preferably new graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferably from tourism administration, interpretation, medical related academic programmes, business schools, with proficiency in English, both in written and verbal communication,
• Geniune interest in pursuing a career in a growing and huge market that has great potential in Turkey, Izmir, and boutique clinic culture with clear rewarding systems,
• Strong communication skills,
• Experience in health related sectors or being eager to learn further,
• Friendly, strong presentation, representation and persuasion skills,
• Advance crisis management skills with multi-dimensional approach towards daily problems of the patients both in the short and long run,
• Multi-tasking skills with many partners involved in the work flow, such as doctors, hospitals, third parties etc,
• German, Sweden as a second language is an asset,
• Adaptation to flexible working hours and schedule, and backing up field position when needed,
• Improved planning, organization, coordination and follow-up skills,
• No domestic or international travel barriers if needed in the future,
• Strong problem solving skills and detail oriented approach,

Job Definition:

• Reaching out to upcoming patients to plan their visits and arrival through varying communication intermediaries,
• Providing introduction and support to patients by any mean of communication,
• Being responsive and on time to cover patient questions/demands/concerns until the planned arrival,
• Introduction and presentation of add-on services to reach out the targeted upsell volume,
• Planning and organizing transportations, clinical visits, appointments with highly appreciated on time manner,
• Working on a tight/packed schedule from time to time, and relocation to hospital or aftercare facility if needed,
• Ensuring the continuity of work flow by close follow up and constant communication with patients and associated sections/departments,
• Follow-up with the patients following the clinical experience to collect content and data that adds value to the entire service level,
