Service Engineer

We are currently looking for a Technical Service Engineer who is residing in Izmir. 
The candidates should have the following qualifications:

University degree in Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering,

Minimum 2 years of Technic Service experiences,

Having knowledge of industrial inky printers, mass production automation systems and information technologies,

Good level of MS Office knowledge

Good command of written and spoken English & Turkish,

Able to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary in accordance with the flexible rota,

Not having a domestic or international travel barrier,

Having a driving license,

Completed military service for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTON

Helping to provide customer support by working on the design, set up, maintenance support and enhance of the relevant systems,

Apply the regulations of the health and safety, environmental protection, efficiency and quality requirements,

Installation, revision, adjustment, maintenance and repairs of the system to ensure the system works by having a knowledge of mechanics, electrics and electronics,

Conduct the maintenance schedule, record the equipment status and investigate breakdown,

Keeping failure rate low rather than determined target rates,

Record and report the incorrect operation which has been done by producer,

Follow up system performance by following up activation reports,

Shorten the time of solving breakdown problems by analyzing the call center breakdown records,

Prepare the report by delivering the maintenance and repaired lines to the manufacturer in working condition,

Conduct infrastructure, server, computer updates and data transfers by getting support from IT Team.
