Financial Reporting and Controlling Specialist

• University graduate from related departments (business administration, economics, finance)
• Minimum 4-5 years of related experience in reporting and accounting
• Previous work in a reporting department of a multinational company. Audit or internal control experience would be an asset
• Familiar with IFRS reporting and month-end closing processes
• Excellent communication, inter-personal and problem solving skills
• Strong analytical, technical and reasoning skills
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Advanced level in MS Office Applications (especially in Excel)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable in working under pressure with flexible hours to meet tight deadlines
• No military obligations for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with IFRS financials for shareholders
• Prepare monthly and quarterly business reports for group reporting purposes
• Provide analysis and comments on actual results
• Assist in budget & forecast process (annual budget and monthly & quarterly forecasts)
• Design and prepare analytic reports to support local and global management decisions
• Report control deficiencies to management and follow up the related actions
• Act as a business partner for the other departments
• Provide high level client reporting
• Propose and implement improvements for more efficient closing, and update procedures
• Be proactive in financial project analysis and implementation
• Conduct on-demand audits on specific topics related to new business processes
• Develop and update of internal control methodology and procedures
