Financial Controller

We are looking for a team member within our Finance Team

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering monthly and quarterly IFRS financial statements and business reports in line with LeasePlan Corporation reporting guidelines
• Preparing budget and monthly forecasts in collaboration with business divisions
• Comparison of actual financial data with budgeted/forecast figures and identifying the variations at the month end
• Supporting local and global decision makers with analysis and interpretation of actual financial results
• Improving monthly closing efficiency with designing and implementing new ideas, and developing procedures
• Developing internal control methodology and processes
• Reporting control deficiencies to management and follow up the action plans
• Proactive participation in financial project analysis and implementation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration and alike
• 3 to 5 years experience in audit, budgeting, reporting and/or controlling areas
• Big4 and multinational company background is a plus

• Advance written and spoken English
• A proactive team member with strong analytical, technical and critique mindset aiming at problem solving
• Comprehensive knowledge in financial reporting and financial statement analysis
• Highly developed relationship building and inter-personal communication skills
