There are so many well-known private schools all around Turkey that prefer to work with Teachers in Turkey .Below is the general information:

Location: All around Istanbul (European and Asian sides) and some other cities in Turkey

Age Group: Kindergarten, Primary ,Middle School and High School

Start Date: September 1st 2019

End Date: August 31st 2020

Students per class: 15-25

Hours Per Week: Up to 30 class hours ( A class is 40 minutes long )

Days Taught: Monday-Friday

-- Native English speakers from USA, CANADA, UK, IRELAND, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, SOUTH AFRICA

-BA in English or BA in Education is preferred but any other major is also accepted as long as it is a 3 or 4 years University Degree.

-State Teaching License preferably from one's home country or any other form of teaching certificate i.e. TEFL, TESOL, CELTA

-Currently in Istanbul and preferably holding a Turkish Resident Permit or a valid visa of any kind.

-Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in TEFL environment

-Mon - Fri 08:00 am - 04:30 pm and also some Saturday work may be required as part of a teaching job i.e parent meetings, or any other school activities.

-Twice a week department meetings held after school hours until 06:00 - 06:30 pm

-Up to 30 contact hours/lessons per week (40 - 45 min lessons)

-Transportation to/from work

-Work Permit covered by the school

-Free Lunch at school

-Paid holidays are available

-12 months contract with no unpaid period
