Warehouse Manager

• Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• To ensure and control the functionality of the storage system that will make the product preparation process most efficient.
• To prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports requested by the management and to transmit them.
•  Follow related KPI and report them.
• To report the capacities and occupancy rates of storage areas. Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures

To be successful in this role

• University degree
• Have experience in a similar role, 8- 10 years experience
• Have WMS and Barcode application experience
• Have knowledge and experience about warehouse, stock and inventory control applications
• To have knowledge and experience about delivery, storage and distribution techniques
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Have a good level of English
• Skilled in MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Being customer oriented and having the ability to produce solutions to customer needs
