Continous Improvement (Kaizen,Lean,Efficiency) Engineer

• Bachelor's degree from engineering departments,
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, German is a plus,
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Continues Improvement, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Efficiency Management,
• Coaching experience, project management skills,
• Troubleshooting, decision making and problem solving skills,
• Strong communication skills influencing others on cross-functional teams,
• Result oriented personality with strong planning and analytical skills,
• Good knowledge of MS Office,
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems,
• Certification in Six Sigma Methodology is an advantage,
• Willingness to travel,
• No Military service obligation required for male candidates.

Job Description:

• To be responsible for Leoni Kaizen Production System at plant level,
• Implementation of Leoni Kaizen Production System (KPS) in all processes,
• Planning and implementation of Kaizen standards with Central Efficiency Management Department and Plant Steering Committee,
• To organize and manage Kaizen workshops and internal trainings with other departments,
• Training Employees for the applicable Kaizen Tools,
• Lead and Participate in the work of project teams,
• Participate in Kaizen meetings in Leoni Group Worldwide,
• Provide change leadership and technical support, and mentor managers and supervisors to improve productivity,
• Support processes with Kaizen Tools for troubleshooting, decision making and problem solving.
