We are looking for our new “Domestic Sales and Marketing Director Assistant” team member, who will work with us at our Headquarter located in Kozyatağı, İstanbul.

What we expect:

• Bachelors Degree from related departments,
• At least 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,
• Very good command of written and verbal English; French is a plus,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools,
• Understanding the needs of internal and external customers,
• Adaptive to work in highly dynamic environment,
• Advanced skills of timing and prioritization,
• Self-motivation, initiative taking.

What we will accomplish:

• Following up the administrative processes and applications in the department,
• Tracking, preparing and preserving the commercial contracts and protocols,
• Supporting the department director with operational responsibilities such as customer correspondences, calendar management and business trip planning, translations (Turkish-English),
• Organizing business trips for the Domestic Commercial & Marketing department (transportation, accomodation etc.),
• Organizing meetings for Commercial Team and/or external customers,
• Support the administrative work in bidding processes,
• Supporting the organization step of various events like seminars, commercial meetings, etc.,
• Actively communicating and managing correspondence with customers.
