We are looking for our new “International Sales Administration Specialist” team member, who will work with us at our Headquarter located in İstanbul, Turkey.

What we expect:

• A Bachelor’s Degree from related departments of universities, (i.e. Business Administration, Economy, Logistics, Foreign Trade)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international trade, specifically customer relations and export operations in international production companies,
• Experience in Letter of Credit and export documentation,
• Has worked with MENA, CA, APAC and OCEA countries in all transportation forms (air, sea, road),
• Advanced in Microsoft Office and preferably SAP SD module,
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with a customer satisfaction approach,
• Advanced level of written and verbal English,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

What we will accomplish:

• Managing and following customer orders on SAP, frequently communicating the order status with the customers and generating proforma invoice,
• Reviewing and getting approval on letter of credits whereas ensuring that the order progress is aligned with the letter terms,
• Communicating with the the shipping lines, inland transporters, customs agents, banks (re: LC), insurance companies, inspection companies,
• Working closely with Lesaffre Turquie Sales, Planning, Accounting and Finance teams to provide and effective order process,
• Following customer payments with regards to due dates,
• Providing data for the weekly and monthly reports.
