We are looking for our new “Lean Management Specialist” team member, who will work with us at our Lüleburgaz Factory, located in Kırklareli.

What we expect:

• A Bachelor’s Degree from Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or related engineering fields,
• Proven experience on Lean Management studies, specifically in Kaizen, Kanban, Root Cause Analysis studies for minimum 2 years,
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing companies is a plus,
• Strong interpersonal communication skills & willingness to guide and train the organization through change management,
• Advanced level of written and verbal English,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

 What we will accomplish:

• Build and develop the ‘continuous improvement’ mindset by developing and leading various improvement projects with teams,
• Execute yearly planned lean roadmap for Lüleburgaz Factory, in coordination with Factory Director and MECA Region Lean Manager,

• Provide lean management trainings to different stakeholders in factory to ensure that lean culture is adopted.
