Domestic Sales and Marketing Department Assistant

We are looking for a "Domestic Sales and Marketing Department Assistant" to join us here at Lesaffre Turkey within Domestic Sales and Marketing team!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree from related departments,
• At least 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,
• Very good command of written and verbal English; French is a plus,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools,
• Understanding the needs of internal and external customers,
• Adaptive to work in highly dynamic environment,
• Advanced skills of timing and prioritization,
• Self-motivation, initiative taking.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Following up the administrative processes and applications in the department, 
• Tracking the commercial contracts and protocols of the department. Preparing and printing the contracts,
• Supporting the department director with operational responsibilities,  client correspondences, calendar management and business trip planning,
• Organizing business trips for the Domestic Commercial & Marketing department (transportation, accomodation etc.),
• Supporting the department director with document translations from Turkish to English and from English to Turkish,
  
• Organizing meetings for Commercial Team and/or external customers, 
  
• Support the administrative work in bidding processes,
• Supporting the organization step of various events like seminars, commercial meetings, etc. 
• Actively communicating and managing correspondence with customers.
