• Previous experience in a luxury hotel.
• Fluency in English; preference will be shown to candidates with knowledge of additional major foreign languages.
• Strong communication and social skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Represents hotel to the outside world. 
• Acknowledges, welcomes and departs all guests/visitors arriving to/from the hotel, providing assistance with guests' luggage.
• Transport guest luggage to/from guest rooms. 
• Accompany guests to rooms and inform guests of all hotel services and features. 
• Responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and follow through attention throughout stay. 
• Thorough knowledge of all hotel services and amenities.
