Role & Responsibilities
Responsible and accountable for the overall planning and management of TV manufacturing business.
Oversees negotiation of financial terms.
Reconcile payments and study budget.
Working with stakeholders to map out and deliver exactly what is needed successfully.
Acting jointly as process oversight.
Reporting progress against weekly plan and managing risks and issues.
Coordinating cross-work stream ensuring efficiency and consistency.
Communication of status and progress to business stakeholders.
Addressing resourcing issues and understanding future availability of resources.
Working mainly at manufacturing plant/factory.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Supply chain experience.
Experience in production scheduling and project management (an asset).
Proven understanding of key operational concepts: inventory, supply chain management, manufacturing.
Strong communication skills, written and oral.
Ability to influence across business and departments.
Strong consultative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with world-class sourcing methods and tools.
Excellent at coaching and developing others.
Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work with cross functional teams in a fast-paced global company, and adapt to change.
