QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Role & Responsibilities
Ensure flawless execution of HR & Admin functions
Writes job descriptions and release job posts
Provide necessary information flow with candidates (interview scheduling, required docs & feedback sharing etc.)
Follow up job approvals, prepare offers and job contracts
Follow up on boarding to-do’s & probation periods of new comers
Ensure legal compliance in personnel administration and stay current with changing local regulations.
Ensure the employee legal Entrance and Exit Process are done on time
Maintain employee records, headcount reports and organization charts and regularly keep them updated
Processing all C&B related tasks such as payroll, incentive, health insurance, luncheon voucher and private pension etc.
Give support to all LG Electronics Turkey (LGETK) employees to use the learning net system effectively
Provide necessary orientation & cultural trainings to new hires and facilitate coordination with Occupational Health and Safety Specialist for the designated trainings for all employees.
Taking an active role in HR and Change Agents projects
Skills & Qualifications
Fluent in English
Self-motivated, open minded, creative, eager to learn
Maintaining strong organizational and communicational skills
Deadline focused, work multi-task and work under pressure
Sensitive and responsible towards protecting the confidentiality of personal data; trustful
Strong consultative, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent command of MS Office applications
