QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Foster strong relationships with key accounts in order to successfully position LG’s products in the market.
Responsible for sell-in, sell-thru and sell-out processes. (Setting product line-up for the channel, forecasting, in-store placement, keep in-stock, pricing, sales campaigns)
Develops and ensures alignment for annual business planning internally and with customer.
Ensures promotional alignment internally and with customer.
Provides direction to field sales team to ensure in-store activation and execution of sell-out activities.
Tracks plan progress and conducts periodic reviews with customers.
Supports the identification and development of selling strategies, tactics and solutions.
Gathers sell-out data and other materials provided by the field team members and/or the customer to prepare required reports to track the business.
Manages commercial spend to achieve sales and profit targets for the assigned account.
Collaborates with finance, marketing and after sales units in the company.
Contribute to new business plans
Responsible for analysis of market and industry trends
Ensure operational excellence between customer and all internal units that are involved in any business process (invoicing, delivery, balancing etc.) with the regarding account.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of work experience in selling electronics to chain stores (Teknosa, Media Markt, Vatan etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiation and client management.
Strong critical and analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Oral and written English proficiency.
Must possess valid B class driving license.
