Qualifications:

• Degree as Industrial Engineer.
• Minimum 3 years planning experience in project-based production environment such as structural aluminium, glass facade or mechatronic systems (or similar industry experience) is essential.
• Minimum 1 year experience in purchasing is preferred.
• Candidate must be proficient with Axapta, Navision or similar ERP programs.
• Experience with MRP purchasing methodology is must.
• Experience with project management software is essential.
• Excellent command of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing systems is a plus
• Excellent conflict management capability & strong problem-solving skills are essential.
• Culturally aware, team leader and ability to mentor others.
• Ability to integrate into multicultural environment.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight schedules.
• Customer oriented.
• Quality / Cost balance awareness is critical.
• Must have completed or be free of military obligation for male candidates.
• Candidates must reside in the European side of Istanbul, preferably near Beylikdüzü – Istanbul.

Job Description:

•           Plan and control all purchasing processes from MRP to warehouse delivery.
•           Prepare weekly and monthly purchasing plans.
• ·         Manage MRP system in coordination with Planning and Purchasing departments.
• ·         Monitor stock levels and develop solid ground for stock management.
• ·         Provide input for ERP and Configurator development programs.
• ·         Provide input for Supplier Development programs in liaison with other departments.
• ·         Provide input for Lean Manufacturing projects.
• ·         Provide input for KPI development.
• ·         Take part in mid and long-term capacity planning.
