Project Manager, Curtain Wall Systems

Libart designs & fabricates unique operable architectural systems utilizing Aluminum, Glass and Electromechanics systems for projects around the world.   In addition to its main facility in Beylikdüzü - Istanbul, Libart systems are also manufactured in the USA, UAE, and Australia, with installation and distributors in over 40 countries.

Job Description:

·  Will be responsible for; managing projects through internal teams; design, structural, mechatronic, manufacturing, to site delivery and installation by clients.

·  Execute programs to ensure best practices for all levels of operation, planning, execution skills to deliver on time, in budget. Whilst maintaining highest degree of customer satisfaction.

·  Solid understanding of project cash flow, legal and subcontractor contracts, purchasing, progress payments.

·  Preparing “Method of Statements”, internationally accepted site, building and documentation standards, all the way to As Built and site delivery procedures. 

·  Plan, coordinate and execute delivery and installation of projects in international markets.

Qualifications:

·  Degree in, Architecture, Mechanical or Civil Engineering, additional training in Project Management will be desirable.

·  Min 5 years’ experience in design to installation of aluminum curtain wall systems, internationally

·  Ability managing multiple projects simultaneously directly and through dealer networks.

·  Candidate must be a leader by example, have conflict management & strong problem-solving skills.

·  Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish.

·  Must have completed or be free of military obligation for male candidates.

·  Candidates must reside in the European side of Istanbul, preferably near Beylikdüzü.
