As Liebherr Turkey, we are looking for a "Spare Parts Specialist" who will be able to meet following qualifications for our Maritime Cranes Division located in Umraniye, Istanbul.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordination and organisation of spare parts offers and orders within a market suitable time period, ensuring customer’s satisfaction.
• Supporting the sales and service departments in regards to spare parts
• Being in contact with the spare parts authorities of the HQ and its other organizations when necessary.
• Technical clarification in regards to spare parts and/or recommended spare parts lists and offers
• Forwarding all spare parts related updates on the crane to customers
• Proactive approach on spare parts sales
• Follow-up for quotations and evaluation of reasons for not received orders
• Follow up the records of all service and warranty requests in the related software system, to make reservation and order transactions.
• Being in coordination with the accounting department for ordering, billing and controlling of spare parts
• Monitoring of debtors accounts and active collection of outstanding invoices together with the finance department.
• Tracking and evaluating complaints about spare parts orders
• Reporting the turnover statistics to the after sales services manager at specified intervals
• Preparation of necessary proposals for stocking
• Preparation of customer data (enquiries, orders) as required (like crane serial number, deliver address, checking of correct part numbers, is part installed in relevant crane, etc.) for after sales services manager.
• Tracking the delivery process of the spare part orders in coordination with the related department (logistics department etc.)
• Arranging periodic and project based customer visits

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a bachelor degree holder in Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent communication in English. German knowledge is a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in spare part is required
• An understanding of company products are an added advantage
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
• Must have a valid driver’s licence
• Must be living in the Anatolian side of Istanbul
• Military service must be completed for male candidates
