Tax Senior Specialist & Tax Specialist

We are looking for "Tax Senior Specialists and Tax Specialists" with the following qualifications to be assigned in our head office in İstanbul.

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law or related fields from university,
• 2-5 years of tax audit/advisory and international tax advisory experience in leading audit firms or local/global multinational companies,
• Strong knowledge of international tax, statutory regulations and generally accepted accounting principles,
• Having no obstacle to frequent travel abroad,
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken (Second foreign language is a significant asset.),
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Job Description:

• Providing internal tax advisory, compliance and strategy services to the foreign group companies,
• Providing international tax advisory services to the group companies and coordinating foreign tax advisors,
• Providing tax advisory for M&A and reorganization projects, transfer pricing, reduced corporate tax and new investments,
• Following local and worldwide legal requirements and new regulations also reporting them on regular basis to the top management of the group,
• Ensuring and tracking implementation of new regulations among group companies,
• Conducting internal tax audits of group companies when necessary,
• Assisting the drafting of transfer pricing reports in cooperation with TP consultant firms,
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes and controls and drive continuous improvement,
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen processes and deliverables.
