As one of the largest conglomerates operating in several segments including energy, transportation and cement with its group entities listed in Fortune 500 list, we are seeking for team members to enhance Tax department.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law or related fields from university,
• 3 to 7 years of tax audit/advisory and international tax advisory experience in leading audit firms or local/global multinational companies,
• Having no obstacle to frequent travel abroad,
• Strong knowledge of international tax, statutory regulations and generally accepted accounting principles,
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken (Second foreign language is a significant asset),
• Having a local CPA certificate (SMMM) is an asset,
• Excellent analytical and communication skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description:

The position will be located in Beşiktaş/Istanbul and successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Providing internal tax advisory, compliance and strategy services to the foreign group companies,
• Providing international tax advisory services to the group companies and coordinating foreign tax advisors,
• Providing tax advisory for M&A and reorganization projects, transfer pricing, reduced corporate tax and new investments,
• Following local and worldwide legal requirements and new regulations also reporting them on regular basis to the top management of the group,
• Ensuring and tracking implementation of new regulations among group companies,
• Conducting internal tax audits of group companies when necessary, 
• Assisting the drafting of transfer pricing reports in cooperation with TP consultant firms,
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes and controls and drive continuous improvement, 
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen processes and deliverables.
