Purchasing Specialist

·       Creates and executes business unit demand plan together with  sales management  

·       Creates and executes business unit supply plan schedule together with (laundry) service operations  

·       Orders customer start-up & product change items from central warehouse or other source according supply plan 

·       Service operations  

·       Group & regional procurement organizations  

·       Suppliers 

·       Builds relationships, networks and relates well to all levels in the organization 

·       Analyses information, probes for clarity, produces solutions, makes judgements and thinks systematically 

·       Sets objectives, plans and establishes contingencies 

·       Manages time effectively 

·       Monitors process 

·       Copes with pressures 

·       Is optimistic and handles feedback well 

COMPETENCIES / YETKİNLİKLER

·     University-level education  

·       Previous experience from the fields of logistics,purchasing and procurement is an advantage  

·       Fluent and written English language skills  

·       Good IT acquirements 

JOB DESCRIPTION İŞ TANIMI 

Business Unit Purchising Specialist is responsible for planning and executing (direct) procurement for customer needs into Business Unit according Lindström management model and procurement processes & work instructions. Role will take about 70% of one´s weekly working time. Additional tasks will be given.
