We are currently seeking a "Risk Management Analyst / Consultant."

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from Business Administration, Economics, Computer Engineering, Electric/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, MIS, Statistics,
• 2 - 5 years experience at a Finance Corporation/Bank Risk Management Financial Reporting Departments and Insurance Sector,
• Knowledge on MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, SQL, SAS Base and Informatica Power Center is a plus,
• Experience on calculation of capital adequacy ratio especially credit risk-weighted assets calculations,
• Experience on internal ratings-based (IRB) credit risk-weighted assets calculations is a plus,
• Familiar with financial reporting cycle and banking uniform chart of accounts,
• Analytical and thorough thinking,
• Able to work independently as well as s part of a team,
• Very high attention to details with a provident mindset,
• Considerable level of time management skill,
• Able to adapt oneself to a dynamic work environment,
• Good oral and written communication skills.

İŞ TANIMI

• Identify all impacted stakeholders and enable collaboration between them to understand their needs from a business and customer/user perspective,
• Gather business requirements and translate requirements into appropriate technical specifications,
• Understand and identify the correct resources to help validate both requirements and specifications,
• Provide lightweight documentation to capture important context on the project domain, whenever necessary,
• Conduct all related tasks in requirements gathering, definition, business planning, data analysis, process analysis, business and functional requirements analysis, system design, functionality/technical testing implementation, end-user interviews.
