We are currently seeking "Senior Recruitment Specialist".

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5-7 years in HR department focused on recruitment of all levels of employees ( IT recruitment experience is a plus )
• Capable to manage variety of recruitment projects at one time fast and efficiently,
• Must possess a high level of motivation and customer focus, continuous improvement mentality, required in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment,
• Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
• Good communication skills,
• Candidates living in Istanbul Anatolia are prefered.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Sourcing of new candidates to expand candidates’ database,
• Developing search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates,
• Make phone interviews, one-to-one interviews and assessments in order to select right candidates,
• Liaises with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences.
