•         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
•         At least two years of experience in IT Operations
•         Excellent oral and written skills in English
•         Significant Experience in monitoring tools, frameworks and processes
•         Significant experience on UNIX/ Linux/Windows Operating system
•         Significant experience on Application servers Weblogic/Tomcat/IIS
•         Significant experience of Java, .NET, .NET CORE Applications and Management Tools
•         Significant experience of UNIX/Linux Shell Scripting, PowerShell, Oracle PL/SQL and MSSQL systems
•         Experience in creating deployment pipelines in Continuous integration servers like Jenkins
•         Experience in using cloud services (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Swarm etc.)
•         Experience on Microservice architecture, technologies
•         Experience on noSQL Databases ( MongoDB, PostGre, Cassandra etc.)
•         CKA, CKAD, AWS certifications is a plus
•         Objective, team player, proactive
•         Analytical and innovative perspective.
•         Strong communication / interpersonal and decision making skills – ability to balance conflicting interests

Job Description

•        Responsible for all 7/24 Level 2 Operations in a proactive manner (Deployments, Monitoring, Troubleshooting, SLA/OLA Management, Service Capacity Management, Service Network Management, Technical Contract Management, Service Opex Management, Service Incident Management, Service Problem Management, etc) for corresponding products and services
•         To ensure the service delivery is meeting the business and operational standards
•         To ensure appropriate measurement and reporting of service performance, usage and availability is in place in order to analyze the trends to identify and prioritize improvements
•         Implementing correct measurement of capacity demands
•         Implementing DevOps tools and life cycle processes on responsible services.
•         Design, build and maintain Platforms such as AWS, Kubernetes on-prem, Docker Swarm
•         Design, build and maintain CI and CD pipelines
•         Design, build and maintain cloud deployment strategies and tool set
•         Develop glue code and/or scripts to integrate DevOps tools and systems
•         Act as a DevOps advocate and lead cultural change among developers and IT team members.
•        Implementing Operational automation processes (test, deployment, alarm).
