Organizational Development Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or related field,
• Minimum 4 years of experience working in organizational design & development areas, preferably in IT sector,
• Demonstrable knowledge of and experience in implementing organizational theory and practices,
• Excellent interpersonal and program management skills,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary,
• Experience and skill working with a diverse range of stakeholders,
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritizemultiple, competing priorities are required,
• Objective, team player, proactive,
• Excellent English skills, both oral and written,
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office programs.

İŞ TANIMI

• The incumbent will directly report to Organizational Development Manager
• Responsible for identifying organizational gaps and productivity opportunities in line with group company strategies.
• Implementing, developing and executing new HR projects,
• Designing and implementing the change management process in the organization. Supporting the change management project culture to be deployed in the company,
• Analyzing annual staff need through organizational capability assessments and giving inputs to annual budget process,
• Making need based analysis for designing and delivering job definitions, company policies & procedures,
• Managing further implementation and maintenance of the competency model and supporting the integration of the competencies into talent management and development programs,
• Providing support for the organization’s talent review, succession and performance management process,
• Documenting and detailing Performance & Talent Management infrastructure,
• Working on a variety of projects at the same time that will help the organization to achieve its strategic business goals and operational objectives ,
• Preparing and keeping organizational charts up to date,
• Job scope is not limited with Turkey, there will be need-based travels to Logo Group Companies in different countries.
