What is the Main Aim of This Position?

Managing all import processes for raw materials under his/her responsibility in accordance with LLME productional and operational needs.

What We Expect From You?

• Taking part in the process of arranging the procurement of product and service,
  
• Checking the compliance of the requirement shared by the planning to the approved purchasing plan before each upload,
  
• Controlling the dispatch of monthly, quarterly and annual orders for raw materials and finished products and placing orders in SAP,
  
• Determine the quantity to be loaded for optimum loading of marine container, truck or ISO tank at the ordering stage,
  
• Check the document flow for purchased goods and enter data into SAP,
  
• Participate in the cost calculations of the products foreseen for the purchase or purchase,
  
• Cooperating with accounting department in presenting all necessary information about import transactions,
  
• Cooperating with the customs consultant to submit documents for importation of related products,
  
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and transport providers in terms of commercial and operational issues,
  
• Check and enter all invoices related to products and services into related account,
  
• Sharing the detailed plan of the raw material to be purchased on a monthly basis with the finance department.

Why You?

• University degree in Foreign Trade, Transportation, Logistics, Engineering or Business Management,
• Minimum 1 year of experience in import or export operations,
• Advanced level of Russian and intermedate level of English,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP,
• Analytic and result oriented, strategic point of view,
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external contact.
