Software Development Team Lead

We are a small but rapidly growing German engineering and software company.

We have an established office in Istanbul and are looking to further expand our strong development capacity there.

As the office in Istanbul is recently opened, this is a great opportunity for our new employees to quickly progress their career with us.

We are looking for a software development team lead for different software development tasks in software and automation engineering, such as

- Fleet management systems for autonomous guided vehicles

- Visualization of machines and plants in polymer processing

- Geoinformatics applications

- Cloud-based energy distribution systems

- Web & Mobile Applications

The candidate we are looking for MUST have the following skills:

- Experience/knowledge with C# and .NET

- Experience with RDMS (TSQL)

- Experience with Git

- Proficiency in English, both in speaking and in writing

- The ability to work both independently and in a team

- Strong fundamentals in Computer Science (Algorithms, Data Structures etc.) 

- 5 years of professional experience

- A result oriented mindset

- Being technology agnostic

- Given a task, being able to individually carry out the required research and complete it (self sufficiency)

- Availability to travel both domestically and internationally, primarily to Germany

- Knowledge in SOLID principles and Design Patterns

- Knowledge in industry best practices (n-layer applications, IOC, unit testing etc.)

Any of the following is a plus:

- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science or a related field from a reputable university

- Experience/knowledge with Winforms and/or WPF

- Experience/knowledge with any of the major javascript SPA frameworks (Vue, Angular, React, etc.)

- Experience with .NET MVC (Razor / Blazor)

- Experience/knowledge with React Native

- Experience in automation and/or electrical engineering

- Proficiency in German

- Experience in containerization (docker and kubernetes)

- Experience with non-relational database systems (redis, mongoDB etc.)

- Experience with microservices

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines

- Experience with linux and shell scripting

- Experience with web services (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
