QUALIFICATIONS

 LyncMed, one of the world’s leading supplier of Medical consumables and Medical Device, is looking for a "Sales Specialist” with the following requirements:

1. An trustworthy Turkish

2. Bachelor’s degree

3. Turkish Medical Sales Qualification Certificate OR Turkish Medical Management Qualification certificate (“Satış Tanıtım Eleman Belgesi” OR “Satış Sorumlu Belgesi”) is prerequisite

4. Good command of written & oral English OR Chinese to communicate with leaders 

5. Ability to handle multiple tasks, be flexible and work under stress and pressure, Organized, systematic, reliable and team worker, Goal - oriented, innovative and problem solver, Familiar with data analysis and reporting

Job Description · 

Develops plans and strategies by coordinating with the managers to achieve the regional sales target,

· Maintains regular contact with customers by customer visits and communication tools

· Services existing accounts, prepares offers, obtains orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule together with the sales support team, 

· Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management,

 · Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses,

 · Focuses on market research, finding new customers, new markets and new opportunities,
