General Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature or English Language Teaching from Universities
• Have minimum 3 years of work experience in related field.
• Following current professional developments.
• Being team player and able to progress with a cooperation perspective.
• Has ability to work solution and target oriented.
• Male candidates must have completed their military service.

Job Description:

• Making English education-improvement needs analysis.
• Creating and maintaining a training plan in line with the needs analysis.
• With continuous quality assurance , developing speaking ,writing , reading and listening skills of persons in charge of.
• Meeting the educational improvement needs individually or physically face to face or through online training.
• Using various audio and visual materials , benefiting from supplementary books and preparing instructive activities to improve English language skills.
• Creating a professional learning environment.
• Following the development of the people in charge and supporting them with exercises.
• Following and implementing the innovations in the field in order to ensure continuous improvement in  areas of responsibility.
• Sharing additional training needs determined during training activities with the relevant department.
• Making training activities in a timely , complete and flawlessly way.
• Timely and complete fulfilment of post training measurements and evaluation studies
