Brand & Marketing Executive

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, responsible for both our local and international operations;

• Coordinate and provide support for marketing functions including; advertising, public relations, sponsorship's, events, employee communication, media planning and  digital marketing,
• Execute marketing plans and projects for new and existing products,
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results,
• Execute the productivity of the marketing plans and projects,
• To carry out online advertising and promotional activities,
• Execute retail-focused in-store solutions,
• To produce projects on press and public relations, to develop them with related institutions, to develop and implement content,
• To produce, implement, measure and follow up projects by working in common with our all agencies and shopping sites solution partners,
• Implementation of branding campaigns and development of sales-enhancing projects in accordance with brand positioning strategy for online & offline channels.

Qualifications;

• BA degree graduate, preferably master's degree,
• At least 8 years of experience in marketing communication, advertising, brand management, PR, media planning, digital communication,
• Preferably experienced in retail,
• Knows all social media and digital media dynamics and has a minimum of 3 years experience in social media planning and content production,
• Experienced in creating and managing overseas marketing studies,
• Keeping up to date with developments, trends and competition in the retail sector,
• Experienced in creating and developing brand and brand image,
• Have the skills to manage creative and communication agencies,
• Experienced in creating and tracking marketing budget,
• Has effective reporting skills,
• Good command of English,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• No travel obstacles,
• Adapt to flexible working hours,
