QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you want to be a part of undisputed leader of liner shipping? Sealand is looking for dedicated, enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Istanbul and lead our drive for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Win where we target and deliver budgeted volume & revenue.

• Perform face-to-face and telephone sales calls to identify clients’ business strategies and objectives, logistics needs and buying criteria to develop and articulate value-based solutions to address their needs and wants.

• Ensure minimum sales standards are fully met in terms of pipeline management, sales call preparation, persuasive selling method application and follow-up.

• Build strong relationships with the decision-makers and influencers of the clients.

• Generate new opportunities by utilizing the senior-client contact relationship to open doors and support the account-development process.

• Collaborate with local and international colleagues to provide first-class service to further increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Communicate closely and proactively with internal stakeholders, provide strong support to all development initiatives, policies, processes and guidelines.

• Position Sealand as the preferred transportation partner with clients.

We are looking for

• University degree in a related area

• At least 2 years of field sales experience in container business

• Excellent commercial acumen

• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Analytical with proven negotiation skills

•Passionate, dedicated, energetic, self-driven with commitment to succeed

• Willingness to be a team player

• Result-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills,

• Able to work under pressure

• Able to undertake challenges and take the initiative

• Good command of Microsoft Office applications

• No military obligation for male candidates
