The role is a fantastic opportunity for a charismatic People Leader with substantial experience in Sales, who'd like to make their mark and continue developing a strong Sealand - a Maersk Company Sales team and revenue at a market-leading brand. The role involves responsibility for driving and delivering business and sales targets for Israel, strategy execution and people development and mentoring.
This Role Will Be Based In Ashdod, Israel

Key responsibilities
• Maintains senior relationships with top vertical/channel accounts
• Ensures optimal activity management and account management to truly understand customers and their needs
• Stays on top of business signals and guides the team to secure short-and long-term opportunities
• Leverages understanding of the local business environment to support development of the sales strategy
• Drives campaigns to generate a healthy pipeline and yield;
• Manages and organizes sales activities, and leads and drives performance to ensure volume and revenue targets are met
• Develops local differentiators and formulates a business plan to support target delivery
• Ensures sales systems and reporting are up to date for management tracking, analysis and planning
• Partners with the Customer Service team to further enhance collaboration and facilitate cooperation between the teams providing an exemplary customer experience

• Leadership skills and ability/willingness to develop people, including coaching and mentoring
• Excellent communications skills - ensure high level of communication with key stakeholders and internal team members
• Professional manner, ability to represent the Sealand Maersk brand with external stakeholders such as authorities, public/private institutions…etc
• Team spirit
• Ability to multi-task at a high level
• Native (or equivalent) Hebrew and very good command in English
• Motivation and genuine interest and willingness to join and drive the business
• Flexibility and an open mind, ability to embrace and manage change
