Key Responsibilities

• Assists in managing innovation/new services and solutions pipeline based on market/customer needs.
• Participates in prioritized building block design and development on a local level.
• Make sure standard services and solutions are effectively packaged and rolled out (including associated training programs) to facilitate effective marketing, selling, implementation and execution.
• Supports key sales pursuits primarily through leverage of existing capabilities but also through product innovation or customization, where strategically required, to ensure differentiation and value creation to our existing and potential customers.
• Supports in customer or product specific development projects delivering new services or optimized operating platforms.

We are looking for

• The candidate has a good understanding of the business drivers of Maersk business on the LCL operations and can build a strategy within LCL to drive down cost and improve efficiencies in collaboration with our inland suppliers.
• The candidate should have experience with inland container transportation/operations – LCL and procurement and should be able to apply procurement tools to drive cost initiatives but also with focus on fulfilling business requirements and vendor performance.
• The individual we are looking for must have strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills through which he or she can use to engage with a broad range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
• The candidate should have excellent command of English and Turkish.
