WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INTERIOR DESIGNER .

JOB DESCRIPTION

·      Managing and coordinating millwork production and external teams in connection with the assigned projects (mainly for furniture of hotels , hospitals and shops )

·      Management and oversight of external, design teams, contractors, and other external professionals as necessary

·      Ability develop and manage project schedule, budgets, contracts for assigned new and renovation furniture projects.

·      Travel abroad for site measurements , project technical discussions and management of  installation process in site out of the Turkey.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS 

·      Bachelor's degrees in architecture, interior architecture, furniture & decoration, or industrial product design are required.

·      Decoration, construction site, furniture assembly work of at least 5 years’ experience.

·      Being able to follow the construction site process from beginning to end.

·      Responsible, solution-oriented, and successful in business follow-up and finalization

·       Have no obstacle travel

·       For male candidates, they must have completed their military service.

·       Good communications skills & Proficiency in Turkish and English

·       Self-sufficient to develop and maintain the main principles of project management, which includes schedule, budget and contracts, quality assurance, and interaction with all stakeholders such as engineering, purchasing teams.

·       Coordination of production at factory and site with high construction experience.

·       To ability to collaborate and provide oversight of both internal and external team members and an ability to manage construction works.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Drawing of furniture of related projects

·      Worksite monitoring mainly abroad.

·       To do the structure of coordination and management of all phases of the project

·       Coordinated work with order and dispatch unit
